This is an awesome manga! Some people may feel put off with the rape scene but its not so terrible. Keep reading the manga and i guarantee you its going to be one of your favorites! The characters are very well developed throughout the story. You cant help but feel for them and hope they get together in the end! The build up of their relationship is one of the best I've ever seen. I haven't read the prequel but there was no need, it has nothing to do with this manga except that the characters know each other. There is a perfect balance of story, steamy sex, comedy, drama and romance, this is a must read! I cant wait for the rest!

Poor Morinaga has the bad luck of falling in love with his straight laced & violent senpai Tatsumi at the university. On top of being obnoxious & violent, Tatsumi also hates homosexuality with unbridled passion since his beloved younger brother has a gay lover in US, he had been assaulted by a gay student once and as a scientist, he probably views the life style as being unproductive. During one night of heavy drinking bout, Tatsumi accidentally found & drank a bottle of aphrodisiac hidden away in Morinaga’s apartment. This leads to a night of reluctant, heavy passion for both that serves as a catalyst to change the balance of power in their relationship. How will Morinaga handle the situation to eventually win Tatsumi over to his side? This manga is so adorable & endearing! I can’t help but pull for Morinaga due to his earnestness. After all, haven’t we all been there before – pining for someone we can’t seem to have? Hinaka Takanaga’s art is excellent as usual & June did an outstanding job with the translation. I would love for June to consider adding color insets in the future volumes. I have my heart set on collecting the whole series
