* How to replace a Tachikawa Pen Refill Cartridge
Step 1: First unscrew the bottom half of the pen at the indicated "Open" section of the pen.
Step 2: After the bottom part of the pen is taken off, you will see that the small clear container will be empty. Gently tug at the container until it comes off. [Note: When you do this you may want to place a tissue or rag beneath the pen that you are holding to avoid any excessive ink dripping down.)
Step 3: Then you can just simply insert the new refill cartridge into the small extended point until you hear a "click" and of course until you cannot push it in any further.
Step 4: Lastly, screw back the bottom half of the pen again as you did in the beginning. To make sure your pen works, dab the pen at a blank piece of paper until ink comes out.
