Japanese Manga Statistics for June 2002
Love is in the air as many shoujo manga titles dominate the top fifteen June Japanese manga rankings. Kareshi Kanojo no Jijou (Kare Kano), the high school romance story of Yukino Miyazawa and Souichiro Arima grabs top ranking. Kare Kano's manga and animation TV series has both been acquired by domestic companies and scheduled to be released in North America this year.
