Overall: 6.0
If you like guns, cars, and girls, turn off your brain and turn on Gunsmith Cats.

Story: 3.0
The story is lifted wholesale from a dozen other stories in the genre and is, as a result, so predictable as to be boring.

Art/Animation: 7.0
Although some of the movement looks "cartoony," flashy visuals make for some animated eye-candy.

Character Development: 3.0
BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP! Flatline!

Translation: 8.0
The voice-over dialogue bests the subtitles - impressively glib and snappy.

Acting: 6.0
Across the board, the actors deliver wooden, yet charismatic and energetic performances. For those who care, speech matches mouth movements immaculately.

MPAA Equivalent: PG-13
Violence, occasional profanity, mild sexual situations.

X-Factors

Subtlety of Excuses to Show Chicks in Underwear: 1.0
During one gun battle, a large ceiling hook swoops down to bereave the heroine of her shirt.

Uncanny Knack Factor: 7.0
Rally can tell how many bullets are in a gun just by picking it up.

Use of Internet Porn as a Plot Point: 4.0
Though seamlessly woven into the story, "Hot Butts Net" is never utilized to its maximum exploitative potential.
