Overall: 7.5
One of the better "Dragon Ball Z" movies or shows.

Story: 4.0
Evil dwarf digs himself a black hole and falls into it.

Character Development: 1.0
It's "Dragon Ball Z," nothing much ever changes.

Art/Animation: 7.0
"Dragon Ball's" art department packs a lot of groovy colors and sunsets into this title.

Translation: 8.0
Idiomatically authentic. Although Garlic Jr. and his henchmen's dialogue is cheesy. It at least makes sense.

Acting: 8.5
If this had been a theatrical release Goku would be polishing his Oscar.

MPAA Equivalent: G
Lots of fighting, not much contact. No blood is ever seen, even when characters get thrown through mountains.

X-Factors

Baby Sitting Cat Burglar Award: 10
Pop this title in the DVD player the next time you babysit for the neighbors down the street, and the kids will be completely absorbed and occupied for a whole forty-five minutes. Use this time to rummage through the house, seeking out hidden money and jewelry.
