A product that is special order means that the product is either out of print, or very difficult to get. You are free to purchase a product that is Special Order, but please keep in mind that you are not guaranteed to receive the item. We will not charge shipping on the Special Order until we ship the item to you.
1-3 days - not in stock
Item will be available in 1-3 business days if our vendor/publisher have the item in stock.
1-2 Weeks - not in stock
Item will be available in 1-2 weeks if our vendor/publisher have the item in stock.
2-3 Weeks - not in stock
Item will be available in 2-3 weeks if our vendor/publisher have the item in stock.
3-4 Weeks - not in stock
Item will be available in 3-4 weeks if our vendor/publisher have the item in stock.
5-8 Weeks - not in stock
Item will be available in 5-8 weeks if our vendor/publisher have the item in stock.

If a customer places an order for a quantity greater than the number of units available for an item, our system will tell the customer the available quantity.

Example: If customer places an order for 10 screen tones, when only 9 are available, it will be shown as per the below example.

We charge only what we can ship. If you decide to ship your order in one shipment, please wait until we notify you of the new total once your backorder products come in. Thank you.

Step 1: Delivery Confirmation

Choose your desired shipping method. If you live in the Los Angeles Area, you may also come to our location to pick up your order. We are open Monday - Friday, 10am - 6pm.
Click on "Continue" on the bottom of this page.
*Canadian customers - please note that United Parcel Service and Fedex will charge an additional customs brokage fee. This charge is not levied nor collected by Akadot Retail.

Step 2: Payment Information

Choose your desired payment method. We accept credit card, PayPal or money order. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks.
Click on "Continue".

Our system does not charge for special order items (backorder items) until they are in stock. When you place an order which contains special order (backorder) items, our system does not calculate the weight of these items, just the minimum shipping fee itself. That means, when special order items (backorder items) come into stock, our system will re-calculate the shipping fee, which may vary from the fee calculated at the time the order is placed.

Step 3: Checkout Confirmation

Review and confirm your order. When you click on "Continue", you will be charged for the amount of your order. If there is a backorder item, we will not charge until your order is ready to ship.

Step 4: Your Order Has Been Received

You will receive your order number. Please keep your order number for your record.
