As if there was some perverted ironic foreshadowing in the air, the Worst Halo 2 Tournament kicked off with every hitch that could be thrown. Teams were succumbed to betrayal, cold feet, mangled, eaten and regurgitated all in one day.
The playing field was leveled, but thanks to quick skill and reserves provided by the relentless Manga Academy, The Worst Halo 2 Tournament was on!

Highlights: With his teammates nowhere to be found, the one-man army Smoney took to the field in a 3 to 1 slayer handicap. In an extremely surprising upset, Team NOLUV4DUB was brutally massacred what could best be described as a Halo recreation of the Predator movies. "A soon as Smoney found his surrounds in Lockout, the battle was his" says the official cameraman for the event "I could barely keep the lens focused he was so quick to kill!" Others were quick to mention that NOLUV4DUB weariness caused by the previous 20min overtime match (compliments of MA's own Biting Sarcasm) was the key to their initial downfall.
Note: rumor has it that Smoney's Battousai-like ownage was so lethal that he may vow to never use it for sport again.

Highlights: In was an all or nothing attempt to for the fused team "Toned Out Immortals" against a known clan of higher standards. Untapped Legends they were, as member SpykedOut renamed his team the Alliance of Drunken Disorder (A.D.D.). With only 45 seconds left in the game the team of MA member Talgoose had snatched the opposing team's flag, speed their warthog and planted the flag to tie the game for sudden death.

Highlights: Not wanting to fail in chaotic turmoil like the previous teams of Yakuza Slayers and Desire. Another Manga Academy member Brisco73 played the smart card and teamed with Passion to faced an all new threat invited by Aka-san, inspired by the rough and tough IWGP manga pages, the previous team disappeared faster than a call girl on the red light district streets and was replaced by the Ikebukuro Pimps. Although, Passion was rough and Passion was tough, IWGP Pimps put the smackdown on the team like they owed them money. "I could have sworn I heard the other team scream" says multiple accident killed cameraman. "I think he said Yaaaaooooooi!"
