Story

The "Land of Snow" has been confined by eternal ice. It is a small country, but thanks to its kind hearted leader, Sousetsu Kazahana, the land had been blessed with peaceful times. 10 years ago, however, tragedy struck. Sousetsu's younger brother, Dotou Kazahana, started a revolt and took over the country. Sousetsu handed the heptagon crystal, a pendant made from snow crystals, to his only daughter Koyuki moments before his death. Faced with her father's death, Koyuki is staggered. Meanwhile, a young Kakashi is at the "Land of Snow" to execute a mission…

Naruto Uzumaki is a below average ninja living in "Konoha Village" of the "Land of Fire." He is still a Genin that has only recently graduated the Ninja Academy, but he dreams to become a Hokage, the top ninja of his land. In hopes of fulfilling his dreams as soon as possible, Naruto works under the "copy ninja" Kakashi with fellow ninjas Sasuke Uchiha and Sakura Haruno on various missions.

His current mission is to protect the self-centered actress Yukie Fujimi who starded in the hit movie series "The Adventures of Princess Fuun (Wind and Clouds)." The finale of the series is to be filmed in the "Land of Snow," yet Yukie flees from the location saying "there is no way I will go there!"

Naruto and gang take a more than unwilling Yukie to the "Land of Snow," however, the evil snow ninja trio Nadare Rouga, Mizore Fuyukuma and Fubuki Kakuyoku, clad in mechanical armor were awaiting them there!! The snow ninjas attack Yukie, and an unlikely connection between Yukie and Koyuki, who has been missing for 10 years, is revealed!!

Theme Song

The theme song of the movie, "Home Sweet Home," is sung by Yuki, former Judy and Mary vocalist. The ballad was written especially for the movie by Yuki, who read the entire series to grasp the image of the story.

Yuki comments, "I love how it's just impossible to dislike Naruto. This song is played at the end of the movie, so please don't leave your seats until it's over."

The theme song of the bonus film, "GYU-RU-RU" is sung by Junko Takeuchi.
