1. You must be a legal resident of the U.S. at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees and agents of Akadot, Digital Manga, Inc., their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and any other prize sponsors (all of the foregoing collectively referred to as "Sponsors and Administrators"), and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate or win.

2. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. No substitutions, cash equivalents or redemptions will be made, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize package with another prize of equal or greater value in the event that the advertised prize(s) are not available, including cancellation of a scheduled event. Prize winners are solely responsible for any expenses incurred related to the prizes, including but not limited to travel expenses. Any unclaimed prizes may not be awarded. General Conditions: This contest is governed by the laws of the U.S. By entering and accepting and using the prizes, participants release and hold harmless Sponsors and Administrators and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability. Except where prohibited by law, a winner's acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsors to use such winner's name, address (city and province only), statements, photograph, voice and/or likeness for any advertising and promotional purposes relating to the contest without further compensation, consideration, review or consent.

4. Limitations of Liability: Sponsors and Administrators assume no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, inaccurate or scrambled entries or for any computer, online, network, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsors and Administrators which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, BAAF reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest and select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation.
