The 2001 Akars are here! 2001's anime crème de la crème has gathered at Akadot and we're thrilled to have the anime community select the superior studios, names and titles.

The Akars represent the best anime has to offer throughout the year. The nominees are determined by the Akadot staff through survey. Voting is conducted online, tabulated in secret and the results revealed on Akadot.
